How to get a backup code
On roblox.com open Settings, then Security, then Two Step Verification. Turn it on if it is off, then choose Backup Codes and Generate. Copy one code that you have not used before and paste it in the order form. The supplier needs it because Roblox asks for a verification code when an account signs in from a new device.
Processing time
