What it costs
Start by adding RM 100 or more to your wallet. RM 50 of that is your first month of membership and RM 50 is yours to spend on orders. After that, membership is RM 50 a month, taken from your wallet on the 1st. Buy RM 1,000 or more in a month and the next month is free.

Ways to pay
In Malaysia, pay by online banking (FPX). The bank adds RM 1 to each top up. Outside Malaysia, pay by international bank transfer or crypto. We convert it to MYR and add it to your wallet. Your wallet is always in MYR.

How much does it cost to become a REDX reseller?
You start by adding RM 100 or more to your wallet. RM 50 of that is your first month of membership and the rest is yours to spend on orders. After the first month, membership is RM 50 a month. If you pay by online banking the bank adds RM 1 to each top up.
When is the RM 50 monthly fee taken, and how do I get a free month?
The fee is taken from your wallet on the 1st of each month. If you buy RM 1,000 or more in a month, the next month is free. Only successful orders that were not refunded count.
I joined late in the month. Will I be charged again on the 1st?
No, not if you join on or after the 16th. Your first payment then covers the rest of this month and the whole of next month.
What happens if my wallet does not have RM 50 on the 1st?
Nothing is blocked and you can keep ordering. We take the fee from your next top up.
I am outside Malaysia and cannot use online banking. Can I still join?
Yes. Create your account the same way. On the payment step choose Pay another way and message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-2800 5210. You can pay by international bank transfer or crypto. We convert your payment to MYR and add it to your wallet by hand, so it is not instant. Your wallet is always in MYR.
Do I need a registered company?
No. The sign up form asks for a business name, and your shop name is fine. We do not ask for company documents when you join.
Do I have to wait for approval before I can order?
No. As soon as your payment is in and you have set up your authenticator app, you can order. Only API access needs a review.
Can I see the partner prices before I join?
The full partner price list is inside the portal under Products, so you see it once your account is set up. If you want to check a few prices first, message us on WhatsApp.
What happens if an order fails?
If an order fails, the money goes back to your wallet.
Do I need the API?
No. You can place every order by hand in the portal. If you want to connect your own system, ask for API access inside the portal after you join. We review each request.
Why do I need an authenticator app, and what if I lose my phone?
Your wallet holds real money, so a password alone is not enough. The app is free and setting it up takes a minute or two. If you lose your phone, you can sign in with a code we email you instead, or message us on WhatsApp and we will reset it.
I was approved before membership started. Do I have to pay the monthly fee?
No. Partners approved through the earlier application form pay no monthly fee. You do not need to sign up again. Just sign in.
