Buy game top ups and gift cards at partner prices and resell them at your own margin. Orders are placed in the partner portal and paid from a prepaid MYR balance.
Fees
No joining fee and no monthly fee. The minimum opening top up is RM 100. Top up charges depend on the payment method and are shown before you pay.
Getting started
- Register your business. It takes about two minutes.
- Fund your REDX Credit with RM 100 or more.
- We review and approve the account, usually the same day.
- Secure the account with an authenticator app.
- Place your first order, paid from your REDX Credit.
Funding your account
In Malaysia, pay by online banking (FPX). The bank adds RM 1 to each top up. Outside Malaysia, pay by international bank transfer or crypto. We convert the payment to MYR and credit it manually. Your REDX Credit is always held in MYR.

REDX Web builds game top up websites, including ones that order through your partner API access. Ask them for a quote.

Common questions
How much does it cost to become a REDX reseller?
Nothing. There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. You open your account with a top up of RM 100 or more. Online banking adds a RM 1 bank charge to each top up.
Why do I have to add money if it is free to join?
It is your order balance, not a fee. Every order is paid from it.
I am outside Malaysia and cannot use online banking. Can I still join?
Yes. Register as normal. At the payment step choose Pay another way and message us on WhatsApp at +60 11-2800 5210. We accept international bank transfer and crypto. The payment is converted to MYR and credited manually, so allow for a delay. Your REDX Credit is always held in MYR.
Do I need a registered company?
No. The registration form asks for a business name and your shop name is acceptable. We do not request company documents.
Do I have to wait for approval before I can order?
Yes, briefly. Once your payment clears we review the account and approve it, usually the same day. You then set up your authenticator app and can begin ordering. API access is reviewed separately.
Can I see the partner prices before I join?
The full partner price list is in the portal under Products, so it is visible once your account is active. To check specific prices beforehand, message us on WhatsApp.
What happens if an order fails?
A failed order is refunded to your REDX Credit in full.
Do I need the API?
No. Every order can be placed manually in the portal. To connect your own system, request API access in the portal after joining. Each request is reviewed.
Why do I need an authenticator app, and what if I lose my phone?
Your REDX Credit holds real money, so a password alone is not sufficient. The app is free and takes about a minute to set up. If you lose your phone, you can sign in with a code sent to your email, or message us on WhatsApp and we will reset it.
I joined before. Do I have to pay the monthly fee?
No. There is no monthly fee for any partner, regardless of when you joined. You do not need to register again. Sign in as usual.
